There is always the debate on what to serve your guests at your wedding. Especially once you have to serve a variety of different taste pallets.
You would ask yourself: For the cocktail hour, should I have something different and not just past hors d’oeuvres? Another question brides usually ask themselves is, whether or not to have 3 or even 4 courses to serve during the reception. The minimum dining experience is three courses; that is soup, salad and main entrée.
If you want to dress to impress then we suggest to upgrade the dining experience with an Intermezzo. An intermezzo is a sorbet consistency with the purpose of cleansing the pallet just before the main entrée and these come in all flavors. This can be with or without liquor and our guest favorite is the passion fruit and champagne intermezzo served in a martini glass.
Here are some suggestions on how to give your guests a unique dining experience.

No matter what you decide, just remember this will be an unforgettable and memorable experience for you and your guest; so enjoy and “Buen Provecho”.
